No Shave November is an annual challenge where people refrain from shaving for a whole month. Many students participate in this event just for fun, so we sat down with Cole Abendroth and Ty Matthews to talk about their experience with No Shave November.
When we asked them, they said they participated for reasons like “to keep my face warm” or “to brag to my friends”. While both of these are “valid” reasons to participate, no one knows the real reason for No Shave November.
The real reason No Shave November is the Hill Family lossed a loved one due to cancer. Cancer has been an ongoing battle, and donating to find a cure is crucial. The whole point in No Shave November is to donate your saved money from shaving supplies. There are great organizations out there who need the money to find the cure. To find these, go to no-shave.org.
