Swim and Dive continues strong season

Last Saturday, the ONW Raven Mens Dive team traveled to Shawnee Mission East for the SME Dive Invitational. Hayden Miller finished 7th and Aiden Rafols placed 9th; both divers qualified for state.

The Swim team traveled to Wichita over the weekend for the Wichita Invite where the boys finished second with 240 points, only 8 points behind Wichita East with 248. Wichita East is one of the top 5 teams in the State. The swim team is really deep so they were able to make up a lot of points in the middle. Aidan Hurley was ONW’s top scorer getting 5th in both his 50 free and 100 free time.

JV boys finished their season Tuesday night at the JV League. Jack Kelly took 1st in the 100 free and 4th in the 50, and Zak Fraley took 3rd in the fly.

Varsity League starts Thursday with Diving prelims and Friday for Swim, with Finals on Saturday at Summit Trail Middle School.
